Safety Policies
- No guns or weapons of any sort(driver and passenger)
- Picture of valid drivers license of your driver will be sent to rider
- All drivers that carry passengers will be background checked and fingerprinted
- All drivers carrying passengers must obey speed limit
- Obtain insurance on vehicle be provided for this service

APPOINTMENTS
- CONSUMER SENDS DATE, DAYS AND TIMES, DRs name etc
- Call 4 all gathers that information and contacts appropriate source
- Call 4 all confirms all appointment information with consumer
- Sets appointment
- Sends all information to consumer(any and all specifics)
- Gives consumer estimated pickup time and eta for appointment
- (deposit)Consumer uploads payment method(prepay or pay day of)
Airport Ride
Consumer sends all information about flight trip from start to finish.
The information is put into our database, we will proceed with potential booking. If the booking information is verified and agreed upon we will make the travel arrangements and once the consumer is satisfied, the consumer will upload payment method and we will finalize the deal and send all information and details including pickup and drop off to consumer. All bags and etc will be handled by driver upon riders request

Laundry Pickup/Drop off
- Consumer contacts call 4 all with specifics about laundry
- All assigned laundry left at door or desired location outside for pickup
- Laundry is transported and washed and dried, folded
- All clean laundry is returned and left at desired location
Medicine & Prescription Pick up Drop off
- Consumer provides information needed for prescription pick up
- Determine pickup location
- Driver receives pickup location and instructions
- Id is sent to consumer
- Id is verified at pick up
- Driver takes photo of prescription bagged and or sealed
- Sends photo to consumer while at store
- Prescription is handed to consumer
- Consumer signs for delivery
Payment / Tipping
- Payment is made up of service fee, distance and a booking fee when booking is required as a service.
- Payment will be received over the phone on the website or app
- Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated and 100% of the tip goes to drivers
